Our Services

Rancho Realty Group LLC is focused on three principle areas of real estate services: Tenant Representation; Buyer Representation; and Investment Services with a focus on the following geographic territories of Southern California: Ventura County (Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Camarillo, Ventura, Oxnard); the San Fernando Valley (Burbank, Glendale, North Hollywood, Van Nuys, Sun Valley, Woodland Hills, Canoga Park, Reseda, Chatsworth); and the Westside (Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Culver City, Playa Vista, and MDR).

  • RRG’s sole attention is devoted towards assisting tenants in negotiating the best terms for a new lease or lease extension. We do not represent landlords.

    Our services have saved our clients thousands of dollars over the terms of their leases and increased net revenues by:

    Our process is simple: we do not solely rely on listing services to find purchase opportunities. We physically survey neighborhoods — engaging directly with owners — and leverage our relationship with brokers to uncover opportunities that would otherwise be unavailable.

  • Investment Services are focused on small to midsized industrial, residential and retail properties. RRG will form LLC’s for individual property investments and oversee the acquisition, development and management of such investments.
