  • Investment Services are focused on small to midsized industrial, residential and retail properties. RRG will form LLC’s for individual property investments and oversee the acquisition, development and management of such investments.

Biography

With a real estate practice spanning 45 years in Southern California, Parker is highly respected among industry leaders as an accomplished closer of property transactions.

Parker’s career was launched in the 1970’s when he became a top producer for residential broker Jon Douglas Company. He made a seamless transition to commercial and industrial brokerage in the 80’s and later worked as a marketing executive for office building investor/developer Westgroup Partners. After a two year stint with Lowe Development, Parker became regional director of leasing for Manulife Investments where he maintained an average 92% occupancy across a Class A office and big box industrial portfolio totaling in excess of 8 million SF in LA/OC/SD/SF over a 32 year period.

Major transactions that Parker negotiated during his 45+ year career include: Allen Matkins; Anschutz Entertainment Group; Arch Insurance; Colliers International; Costar; Davis Elen; Davis Wright; Duane Morris; Gibson Dunn; Hyundai Motor Company; IDS; Interior Architects; Jacobs Engineering; Huawei; Jones Day; L.A. Fitness; Marubeni; Mercer; Oakmont Corp.; Oracle Corporation; Pacific Premier Bank; The Picerne Group; Quinn Emanuel; Regus; Stifel Financial; System Development Corp.; Trust Company of the West; Wells Fargo; and Zwift.

In addition to his extensive office, industrial and retail leasing experience, Parker has been involved in underwriting analysis for office building acquisitions and dispositions. He has also worked with private equity investors on planned major mixed use development projects in Ventura and San Luis Obispo Counties.

An active member of both the Los Angeles and Orange County business communities for 40+ years, Parker is a member of : the Board of Directors Los Angeles Headquarters Association (LAHQ) and Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association (LACRA). He is currently focused on growing his business closer to his home in Malibu that will include office, industrial, residential and retail properties in Ventura County, WLA, and the San Fernando Valley.

He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Parker is an avid ocean waterman with a passion for surfing and long distance prone paddling.

Biography

Daniel O'Neil is establishing himself as one of the most impactful young brokers in the business. His creativity, stellar energy, and exceptional work ethic have driven his accomplishments in business and in his personal life.

In addition to his real estate experience, Daniel also brings a unique perspective to his work as a result of his background as a former basketball player. Holding multiple school records, Daniel was a standout player in high school and went on to play for a state championship winning program at Fullerton College before transferring to UCLA to study urbanism — with interests extending to sustainable, communal and equitable development. He is particularly drawn towards constructing the built environment in a way that improves human life and minimizes carbon footprint.

Daniel is fully dedicated to servicing every step of his clients needs including: reviewing existing leases and advising on future solutions ; through his persistent approach, uncovering off-market opportunities and completing in-depth due diligence. Daniel’s professional experience and academic background in urbanism enable him to locate strategic locations to improve business operations.

He is an endurance athlete, avid-traveller, and surfer — you can catch him in the water or running on the boardwalk near his home in Venice.
