Rancho Realty Group Reps Ownership in Lease Up of Sun Valley Complex

Rancho Realty Group made quick work of leasing its listing of the industrial warehouse complex at 11240-11260 Sherman Way in Sun Valley, adjacent to Burbank Airport. Within eight weeks of listing the five-building complex totaling 133,321 square feet, three of the five structures have already been leased.

Colliers SVP William Walk represented two tenants that leased three of the five buildings. Wet Design, a Los Angeles-based international waterscape design and engineering firm, committed to 12,000 square feet and Silver Construction, a building supply company leased two buildings totaling 29,800 square feet.

Listing agents Daniel O’Neil and Parker Jones of Rancho Realty Group represented the landlord. Industrial Centers Corporation, a Jackbilt company, “priced the buildings to lease,” according to Brad Howard, President of the company. Still available for lease are a heavy power concrete tilt-up building totaling 79,421 square feet and a 12,000-square-foot warehouse suitable for a creative space.

North Hollywood Warehouse Trades in Off-Market Sale

Rancho Realty Group Corporation recently arranged the sale of an industrial property located at 13030 Raymer St. in North Hollywood. Raymer 3 LLC acquired the 30,000-square-foot asset from 13030 Raymer LLC for $9,790,000 in early February.

Built in 1966 and renovated in 2022, the property offers dock-high and ground-level loading, 1,200 amps of power, a 17-foot warehouse clearance height, and a fenced rear yard.

Daniel O’Neil and Parker Jones of Rancho Realty Group Corporation represented the buyer, while David Young and Chad Gahr of NAI Capital Commercial represented the seller in the off-market transaction.

Aviation Manufacturer Inks Van Nuys Industrial Lease

Rancho Realty Group Corporation arranged the signing of a 31,000-square-foot industrial lease at 7850 Haskell Ave. in Van Nuys. The owner and landlord of the building is Apprentice and Journeymen Trust Fund for the Southern California Plumbing and Piping Industry, a nonprofit plumbing trade organization.

The tenant is David Barnes Company, an aviation parts manufacturing company that will be relocating its operations from 14701 Keswick St. in Van Nuys.

Founding principal Parker Jones and founding partner Daniel O’Neil of Rancho Realty represented both the landlord and the tenant. David Barnes Company expects to move into the well-maintained and recently renovated circa-1965 brick masonry building in the second quarter of 2025.
